principals of StoneCrest Investments, through its affiliate, StoneCrest
Services, Ltd., are directly involved in all
facets of the commercial real estate industry and have established a reputation

We have performed on numerous assignments ranging from the development, leasing and management of several million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers, to the renovation and re-leasing of assets for institutions and private owners; from the repositioning, re-leasing and sales of bank and institution owned properties, to sales of retail portfolios to institution investors, and the master- planning and individual parcel sales of commercial developments for private landowners and investors.

Management:
Management
and Leasing of Projects:
StoneCrest Services, Ltd., provides a full scope of asset management services
for commercial real estate projects. We provide comprehensive property
operation budgets, accounting, physical maintenance and tenant management to
maximize each property’s return for its owner. Our leasing 
services include
project leasing as well as strategic lease plans for each asset in need of an
upgrade in tenant mix due to changes in competitive or market conditions. Each
project is marketed through our extensive network of national, regional and
local tenants.
Asset Sales: We have experience ranging from the sale of individual buildings such as tenant build-to-suits and sale-leaseback facilities, to retail portfolio sales to institutional investors. We can analyze investment sales or buying opportunities for clients throughout the southern United States.
Land
Sales:
StoneCrest Services, Ltd., provides owners with comprehensive sales ability
of land parcels ranging in size from one acre outparcels to mixed use projects
consisting of several hundred acres. We have sold properties for a very
diverse group of private and institutional landowners.
Tenant
Representation:
StoneCrest Services, Ltd., provides individual tenant services including market
expansion, relocation, and entry
strategies for tenants of all sizes from 1,000 square feet to 250,000 square
feet. StoneCrest provides complete “turn key” services for retail clients from initial market position
for maximum retail
sales opportunities through review and negotiation of lease and operating expense analysis to
determine the overall individual
"lease costs”.
Development and Project Management Services: StoneCrest Services, Ltd., provides comprehensive development and project construction management services from the inception to completion to finish of each project. We coordinate the various consultants from civil engineers to architects and contractors. We also coordinate the required review process for each project from municipal approvals through permitting and completion of tenant finish-out. Our goal is to expedite these processes so that the project stays on time and within budget.
