Bradley D. Smith and J.
Greg Herman, formerly the founders and executive officers of Weston Retail
Properties, Inc., and Weston Retail Management Co., Inc., are the owners of
StoneCrest Investments, LLC. StoneCrest Investments
specializes in commercial real estate development, investment, brokerage,
leasing and property management throughout the southern United States.
Brad and Greg have over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate
industry and between them have been successful in the development
and/or leasing and management of over six million square feet of commercial real
estate with a portfolio value in excess of $550 million as well as directly
participated in brokerage transactions valued in excess of $150 million.
StoneCrest is currently developing neighborhood and community
centers throughout the Southern United States.
